Responsibilities: Monitor and improve contract management workflows, procedures, and templates while maintaining reviews and revisions of the contracts. Providing assistance to team members as needed to assist with submitting new contracts and/or securing applicable due diligence documents Consult with Corporate Counsel and Chief Risk Officer on contract risk and terms based on a strong understanding of business strategy and product lines Act as primary contact for internal stakeholders to request and receive contracts and related documents Actively track current contracts for termination dates and notify corresponding stakeholders as to the same Edit and review contracts and statements of work to obtain commercial terms while mitigating risk.
