Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play an integral role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our data management systems. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be entering various types of data into our systems, reviewing timesheets, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of all data entered.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately perform data entry tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

• Utilize software tools and resources to enhance productivity.

• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Maintain the integrity of data by verifying and correcting any discrepancies.

• Input timesheets into the database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding any issues or concerns.

• Utilize your skills in Data Entry, Data Entry - Numeric, Perform Data Entry, Computer Data Entry, High-Volume Data Entry, Typing over 60 WPM, Customer Service, Basic Office Skills, Microsoft, and Review Timesheets to perform your duties. Requirements • Minimum 1 year experience in a data entry role or similar position

• Proficiency in data entry and data entry - numeric

• Ability to perform high-volume data entry tasks accurately

• Experience with computer data entry systems and processes

• Typing speed of over 60 WPM

• Excellent customer service skills

• Knowledge of basic office skills and operations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with reviewing and managing timesheets

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
