Description

We are in the search for a meticulous Administrative Assistant for a manufacturing industry, located in WAYNE, Pennsylvania, United States. In this role, you will be entrusted with a variety of administrative tasks, supporting the management of lessee and inventory remarketers. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage life cycle support for specific programs, including early and end of lease quoting.

• Ensure adherence to all program agreements when quoting.

• Understand system quote calculations and provide manual quoting when necessary.

• Efficiently distribute requests to the appropriate remarketers.

• Oversee the management of the team's email box, ensuring timely distribution of all requests.

• Accurately reconcile unapplied cash for precise posting and accounting.

• Process check applications in a timely manner.

• Conduct research and submit refund requests.

• Perform account reconciliations when necessary for accurate invoicing and delinquency management.

• Handle, review, and resolve any receipts related to Continue to Bill (Non-Returned Equipment or WOP).

• Open, review, and document all incoming mail promptly.

• Gather, distribute, and report on all correspondence including but not limited to basic contract and vendor information.

• Answer all overflow calls as presented by phone queue, handling high volume at times and answering basic lease queries.

Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service is essential

• Significant experience in Operations

• Ability to handle Invoice processing

• Strong Research and Review skills

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Excellent Email Correspondence skills

• Experience in Reconciliations and Correspondence

• Ability to Answer queries and provide Receipts as needed

• Knowledge of HealthCare.gov procedures

• Experience handling Refund Requests and Delinquencies

• Familiarity with Backup Technologies

• Understanding of processes related to Terminations

• Expertise in Asset Management is crucial

• Knowledge of Service Level Agreements

• Experience dealing with Dealers and Distributors

• Ability to provide accurate Quote and Quoting services

• Experience in managing Consignments and Factoring

• Ability to handle Unapplied Cash efficiently
