Description We are seeking a meticulous Office Manager to join our manufacturing team located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This role involves overseeing accounting activities for various vendors, ensuring accurate and timely registration of incoming rentals and lease payments, and supporting the accounting process through data management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure timely and accurate execution of accounting activities for several vendors and lessees.

• Import and control transactions in the general and subsidiary ledgers, adhering to financial administrative procedures and guidelines.

• Ensure timely payouts of investments and other payments to partners.

• Manage and ensure accurate and timely registration and allocation of incoming rentals and other lease payments.

• Oversee the filing and archiving of all financial documents, adhering to financial guidelines and legal requirements.

• Support the accounting process through the collection, entry, filing, and archiving of financial data.

• Assist in ensuring the correct and timely pay-outs of investments and other payments to partners.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proficiency in data entry and documentation

• Ability to generate and interpret reports

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience with invoice processing and payment processing

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) administration

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures

• Understanding of audit processes

• Proficiency with the 'About Time' software

• Experience with workstation support and phone presence

• Knowledge of billing procedures and handling vendors

• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks

• Organized and efficient in filing and maintaining financial notes

• Experience with Oracle software

• Ability to work effectively with partners

• Experience in managing attendance records

• Excellent decision-making skills

• Familiarity with archiving and storage systems

• Basic understanding of investments.
