DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Social Worker 1, you are responsible for providing a wide range of services and interventions to our consumers who have a primary mental health diagnosis. You ensure that services are relevant and appropriate to the consumer's age and backgrounds. In addition, you identify and discuss options for alleviating problems or improving these services while ensuring compliance with both Medicare and Medical Assistance criteria.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 37.5-hour work week Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. May change based on operational needs.
