Description

Our Client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join it's Milwaukee-based team. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for supporting employees with payroll questions and assists with additional projects and duties. This is an interim position. The ideal candidate can work part time hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Coordinate and process 800+ person payroll using Paycom software

Compiling data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401(k) deductions

Polling electronic timesheets and reviewing the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy; identify and resolve discrepancies related to payroll

Processing bi-weekly transfer of payroll data to payroll system

Requirements

Associate degree, Bachelor's degree; preferred

Previous payroll experience; preferred

Experience with Paycom software; preferred

Strong computer aptitude, intermediate with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
