Lead Architect and Project Manager for multifamily and affordable housing projects. Robust compensation plan and excellent benefits. We are looking for an Architect that is interested in projects pertaining to the design and build of affordable multi family housing. The Architect will have the ability to impact families and the surrounding community everyday by creating safe affordable housing. This is a full time permanent position that offers, salary, bonus and a robust benefits package. This position is located in West Chester, Ohio. Requirements:

• First and foremost, Must be passionate about creating affordable housing for all!
• Revit and AutoCAD
• Architectural degree
• Project Management or project Lead experience (at least 2 years)
• Experience with multi-family housing and/or Low-Income Housing, LIHTC
• At least four years of Architectural experience
