Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to oversee and provide technical support to a team of union associates in the Machine Shop and Assembly areas. Responsibilities include driving key metrics, providing troubleshooting assistance on processes, executing on daily plans to meet or exceed on-time delivery, and managing training.

Skills

• 8+ years of Supervisory experience in a union environment

• Lean manufacturing

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

Union shop environment. Work hours are Monday-Friday from 2:30pm-11pm. Dress code includes steel-toed shoes, polo, and long pants.
