In this role, you will:

• Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants supporting Late-Stage Default (Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Property Preservation, REO, Claims, Vendor Management) audit-support and change management protocols of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility

• Engage functional leaders to influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives

• Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans

• Recommend opportunities for process improvement through root cause analysis, RCSA routines and control monitoring

• Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables

• Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk

• Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business

• Manage allocation of people and financial resources

• Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 3+ years Management experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Loss Mitigation experience in the following areas: Operations, Audit Management, RCSA, Risk and Control Assessment

• Strong risk management experience, including experience with the issue management framework and credibly challenging status quo

• Knowledge of enterprise and/or operational risk management framework

• Experience coordinating internal audits or examinations conducted by external parties

• Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization

• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

• Ability to credibly challenge, even at senior levels of management, to ensure adequate risk management processes

• Ability to quickly establish credibility to build and maintain effective working relationships

• Articulate and possess a demonstrated leadership capability and have strong interpersonal effectiveness.

• Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department

• Risk and regulatory compliance experience

• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

• Proven track record related to hiring, developing, and retaining a world-class staff.

• Proven track record of success in managing industry-leading risk programs in the financial services industry

• Substantial experience leading "best-in-class" risk management functions, and a thorough knowledge of highly disciplined business, financial and risk management processes.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Job Expectations:

• This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents
