Job Summary

Compensation: This is a commission-based role with a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, plus commission opportunities that can bring your total compensation upwards of $250,000 or more, based on performance.

What You'll Be Doing: As our Regional Director of Catering Sales, you will:

• Lead with vision: Inspire and drive a high-performing sales team to reach and exceed revenue targets.

• Create unforgettable events: Work closely with clients to design one-of-a-kind event experiences, from weddings and corporate gatherings to social extravaganzas.

• Expand our reach: Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients to grow our market presence across a wide array of event types.

• Collaborate with top talent: Partner with our culinary and operations teams to deliver flawless execution, ensuring every event is a success from start to finish.

  Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth across multiple venues.

• Lead and mentor a team of catering sales professionals, ensuring they have the tools to succeed.

• Build lasting relationships with clients, creating value-based partnerships that foster repeat business.

• Work closely with marketing to develop outreach efforts that target new audiences and build brand awareness.

• Leverage business insights to continually identify new opportunities for expansion and success.

• Provide ongoing coaching and development to your team, driving results through continuous improvement.

• Ensure every detail is covered by collaborating across departments for seamless event execution.

• Use market analytics to stay ahead of trends, keeping Wolfgang Puck Catering at the forefront of the industry.

  What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of experience in catering sales or hospitality.

• Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving revenue growth and team success.

• Strong relationship-building abilities and communication skills.

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and experience with catering or CRM databases.
