Location: Main Office - West Seneca, NY

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

What will you be doing?

As a Human Resources Coordinator - HRIS, you will report to the Director of Total Rewards and support the HR needs of our growing company. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support on HR initiative and projects

  • Providing HR information and support for audits

  • Corresponding with customers requiring assistance with password resets, login credentials, navigating the HRIS, and locating their employment profiles

  • Performing other HR related job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Understanding of HR principles and programs

  • Experience with ADP required

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations

  • Ability to work independently
