Maintenance Technician in Westbrook, Maine

Pay: $28.32 per hour

Schedule: M-F 6a-2:30p

Assignment Length: Temporary

Duties:

  • Performing routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders

  • Conducting basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and dry wall repairs

  • Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, emptying trash receptacles, etc

  • Maintaining accurate records and keeping inventory of spare parts and materials

  • Interpreting blueprints, manuals, layouts, and wiring diagrams

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of hands-on machine repair and preventative maintenance experience

  • Knowledge of quality standards

  • MS Office experience
