Job Description:

We are a growing company in the medical device industry and are looking for a motivated, proactive individual to join our team. As a Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving, Assembly, and Inventory Employee, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supporting our supply chain for medical products. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on assembling and inspecting products, processing orders, and maintaining an organized inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize inventory to ensure timely availability of products.

• Handle medical devices with care, ensuring proper assembly and quality checks.

• Process orders accurately using tools such as QuickBooks, Gmail, and Excel.

• Coordinate shipping and receiving operations to meet customer demands.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest quality of products and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Experience in inventory management, order processing, and assembly tasks.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Gmail, and Excel.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
