Duties : Evaluate complex user requests, projects, and clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified computer programs. Improve/sustain embedded system software using specialized domain knowledge and developed business expertise. Conduct and prepare feasibility studies for new applications and/or existing ones and makes decisions within general parameters under little supervision. Design robust Automation test framework from scratch with Espresso or XCUI for Mobile Retail and Retirement applications. Ensure automation is constantly running, analyzing, and promptly reporting failures. Work with the leadership to research, investigate, implement, and train other QA Testing Resources in areas of Test Driven Development, Testing Automation using Espresso or XCUI. Work cross-organizationally with Schwab and with vendors, define environment requirements with on and offshore, identify automation-related tools, develop and execute best automation process and practices. Conduct end-to-end testing across multiple applications. Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $150,097 to $160,800 per year

What you have

Job Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience in a related occupation.

Experience must include the following: Testing native mobile applications; Build and maintain test automation frameworks; Java, C#, Kotlin, or SWIFT; Develop mobile automation framework for Android or iOS UI tests; Write automated tests using Espresso (Android) or XCUI (iOS); CI/CD integration for automation scripts using Bamboo and Bitrise; and Proficient in code versioning tools, such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
