Operate, setup and troubleshoot sheet metal fabrication equipment including stamping presses with automated transfer systems, CNC turrets, Laser cutters and automated bending cells.

Principle duties

• Perform all tasks required to operate, setup and maintain equipment to produce parts in compliance with specifications.
• Troubleshoot setup related issues which may require frequent adjustments of settings, system parameters, etc. Read, understand and follow work instructions. Perform die changeovers.
• Work with support departments to resolve issues resulting in production delays. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Complete all required and assigned paperwork. Perform housekeeping duties and comply with all quality checks to include first and last part inspection.
• Other duties may be assigned.
