Seeking a seasoned Industrial Recruiter for a W2 contract position, adept at navigating complex industrial landscapes with a consultative approach. Must possess strong creative sourcing skills to effectively identify and engage top talent. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients.

A Recruiter drives all aspects of talent management within a Talent Solutions' client. Executes full cycle recruitment processes while providing an exceptional experience and service to our candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• Industry: 3+ years of recruiting experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
