Where do you fit?

To be a successful Maintenance Technician you must become able to do the following always:

1. Ensure Maintenance building and supplies are in order.
2. Oversee landscaping of the campus.
3. Complete property management tasks with tenants on campus.
4. Serve as back-up to other company facilities when their maintenance technician is unavailable and be on-call for emergencies.
5. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Companys Program Practice Guidelines.

How you will spend your time in this job:

• 35% Repairs
• 35% Maintenance
• 10%Property management
• 10% Inspection
• 10% Groundskeeping

Requirements

1. Degree Requirements - H.S. diploma or GED required.
2. Work Experience - Previous residential maintenance and repair experience. Commercial maintenance and repair experience preferred. Property management experience and HVAC and carpentry experience preferred.
3. 21 years of age.Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening.
4. Maintain company-required training.
5. Physical working conditions - Ability to travel, drive company or personal vehicle including at night. Ability to do occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Able to walk upstairs. Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Subject to outside environmental conditions occasionally, inside conditions frequently, with protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature change.
