Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for executing basic, routine tasks under detailed instructions. Your primary responsibilities will include moving inventory or equipment, filling customer orders, and maintaining the upkeep of the warehouse. You will be engaged in activities such as unloading incoming material, loading trucks and/or customer vehicles, and helping maintain the warehouse's organization. Additionally, you will manage inventory by receiving items, placing or returning them into stock locations, pulling and assembling orders, tagging material for identification, and ensuring all required documentation is complete. Your role also involves using equipment like forklifts, side loaders, or cranes to move material from receiving or production areas to storage or designated areas. You are expected to keep your work area clean, safe, and orderly, adhere to safety and quality standards, and report any irregularities to your supervisor.
