We at Clean Tech, Inc. invite you join our team of dedicated cleaners committed to quality & infection control! Supervisors will supervise work activities of janitorial personnel in commercial and industrial establishments. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action. Make notice when there is a need to requisition consumable supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, train new employees, and recommend dismissals. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in janitorial services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assigns janitorial work to employees, following material and work requirements.

Inspects work performed to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.

Records personnel data on specified forms.

Recommends personnel actions, such as hires and discharges, to ensure proper staffing.

Confers with staff and crew lead to resolve production and personnel problems.

Trains workers in janitorial methods, procedures, and proper operation of equipment

Issues janitorial supplies and equipment to workers to ensure quality and timely delivery of service.

Sweep, Mop, Scrub, Vacuum floors

Bagging & Removal of Trash/Recycling

Cleaning Restrooms & Restocking restroom supplies

Cleaning Windows & Ledges

Cleaning Kitchens/Breakrooms

Cleaning of medical exam rooms

Hi & Lo Dusting

Disinfecting of High-Touch Areas

Experience operating floor machines a plus

Open & Lock facilities

Follows proper procedures for use of chemicals and equipment

Communicates well with supervisors, management staff and co-workers

Operation of floor machines

Strip and wax of hard floors

Burnishing of hard floors

Carpet Cleaning

Air duct cleaning

Physical Demands & Requirements:

Moves furniture, equipment and supplies either manually or by using hand trucks. Must be able to lift and/or carry 35lbs.

Stands/Walks for extended periods of time

Frequently completes tasks in a variety of working positions such as reaching, twisting, stooping, crouching, squatting.

Attention to quality a must

Must be 18 or older

Must have reliable transportation

Must pass a background check

Previous experience a plus

Bilingual, English & Spanish, a plus
