ManpowerGroup Sourcing Manager - Professional Services in Wickliffe, Ohio

Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with an American chemical manufacturer to hire an Indirect Sourcing Manager to work a hybrid role out of their northeast Cleveland facility.

Title: Indirect Sourcing Manager

Location: Northeast Cleveland, OH

Hybrid: 3 days on site per week

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Negotiate and implement regional agreements and purchases of capital equipment, indirect supplies, and services

  • Contract services required by the client’s headquarters and chemical plants in North America

  • Work with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and vendors to deliver optimized solutions

  • Research and identify capable vendors or contractors and initiate selection, qualification, and approval of new vendors

  • Manage preparation, execution, and maintenance of electronic Requests for Information, Requests for Quotes, and Requests for Proposals (RFP) through project completion

  • Develop, manage, and monitor national alliance agreements and Master Service Agreements

  • Perform purchase requisition audits, purchase order management, invoice management and expediting as required

  • Collect, analyze, and assure quality and accuracy of the spend analysis where applicable

  • Maintain files and communicate non-conformance issues internally and with vendors

  • Negotiate spot purchases and agreements; enter, monitor, maintain and check compliance purchase orders and contracts in SAP

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in supply chain, logistics, finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, or other technical discipline

  • Minimum 5 years related indirect procurement experience

  • Ability to manage full sourcing projects and experience in leading and managing RFP process

  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization

  • Strong ERP experience

  • Demonstrated negotiation, analytical and organizational skills

  • Involvement in outside professional groups
