Overview of The Role

The position reports to the PTP Assistant Manager/Manager. This position supports the vendor services, in the PTP area such as Accounts Payable; Responsible for ensuring all transactional activity is properly recorded timely; Accountable for the successful delivery of Procure to Pay process, in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIs; Partner with process owners to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Support the end-to end PTP Process

· Perform and review daily activities associated with the Accounts Payable Payment Processing for vendor Payments activity, emergency processing (as applicable), discrepancy resolution, review quality check, providing assistance for customer service functions, as needed.

· Perform and Verify PTP Processing via Using SAP System, Ariba, Bank Portals.

· Monitor and resolve emails which are received from Supplier and Business Units, support with resolutions

· Achieve agreed upon customer service levels and performance metrics associated with payment.

· Ensure proper Accounting and Controls are performed for processing activity by following all established policies and procedures, update and reviewing DTP(Desk Procedures) regularly

· Identify opportunities and implement process improvements and best practice initiatives.

· Perform/Review monthly closing and liaison across workstreams on PTP related activities.

· Perform/Review Balance Sheet Reconciliation analysis, follow up and resolve on aged or abnormal items GRIR, AP Aging, etc.

Service Management

· Support affiliates to ensure effective and smooth Procure to Pay (P2P) process and ensure all SLAs/KPIs met

· Strong Thai market experience in PTP process to support affiliate business

· Overseeing controls of Vendor processing team & T&E team

· Provide back up support within the team. Be part of maintaining a motivating workplace and safe working environment for all team and department colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English is a must; Thai speaker required, speak write and read required.

  • An above average Degree in Accountancy or Finance

  • Sound accounting knowledge and good understanding of P2P process

  • Minimum 5-6 years working experience in accounting or finance field / SSC environment

  • Proficiency in Ms Office Packages like Word, Excel, Power Point

  • Knowledge in SAP, Ariba, banking portals is advantage

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

  • Ability to develop good relations with various level of personnel, experience in managing different stakeholders or external will be an added advantage.
