Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Expeditor is responsible for cleaning all dishes coming from servers before giving to the dishwasher, stocking clean dishes and assisting Spensers and Fred Harvey Restaurant.

*Responsibilities\ \ *

• Fully understand and support Xanterra Mission Statement and Core Values.
• Clean all dishes coming from servers before giving to dishwasher.
• Ensure proper cups are in the proper racks
• Put the silverware in proper area.
• Depending on what stations are open, have a clean cart ready so you can travel station to station emptying carts and replacing with clean bus tubs.
• Help with Trash when it comes time.
• Make sure area is clean after leaving, wiped down, and organized.
• Assists Front of House staff as necessary.
• Other Duties as assigned.
