Stark Tech is looking for an experienced Operations Controller in Williamsville, NY. This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day work flow of the Finance Operations Department, ensuring accurate and efficient recording of transactions and required reporting.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required. MBA preferred. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

• Five (5) years of demonstrated Finance and Accounting leadership required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel, required.

• Sage Intaact experience or a related ERP system preferred.

• Project Management experience a plus.

• Proven experience implementing and monitoring internal control policies and procedures.

• Ability to adapt to the work and environment of a small company that is growing and acquiring, with varying cultures.

• Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
