Description What you will do: The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Payables as it relates to customer invoicing, credit memos and customer collections. Works with LGSTX management and ATSG Accounting to collect and verify information and correct accounting records. Performs general accounting functions including journal entries, maintaining customer and vendor accounts and account analysis to support the responsibilities of the Accounting Department to produce financial statements within the guidelines of GAAP and SOX. Performs other functions as needed. Required Jobs Skills: High School Diploma/GED Basic computer skills 2 years accounting experience to include accounts receivable and accounts payable. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently. Ability to communicate (written and verbally), listen, and solve problems. Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word and automated accounting software. 10 key calculator.
