Description We are offering an opportunity for a Regional Controller in Wilson, North Carolina. The role is within the telecom industry and involves managing accounting functions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The successful candidate will be based in a vibrant workplace and will play a crucial part in the financial management of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing and managing accounting software systems like '3M', 'ADP - Financial Services', 'CapEx', and 'ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning'

• Overseeing and managing all accounts payable (AP) and other accounting functions

• Participating in budget processes and financial planning

• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and maintaining updated knowledge of finance laws and regulations

• Utilizing Sage Intacct and other accounting systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Managing and overseeing the organization's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control systems

• Coordinating preparation and review of financial statements and reports

• Conducting regular financial analysis, preparing detailed monthly financial reports, and providing investment recommendations

• Collaborating with other departments to align financial management with operational strategies

• Maintaining CPA designation and staying updated with industry trends and the latest advancements in your field. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of CapEx and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Compliance management skills

• Background in Finance

• Proficiency in Sage Intacct

• CPA or CPA Designation is required

• Experience with 3M software is a plus
