Responsibilities :
Support and Manage plant issues with respect to customer delivery /supplier delivery / forwarder management / scheduling / materials management
Support packaging opportunites that fit with plant requirementsand regional strategy
Support warehousing improvement opportunities / optimization and activities that are in alignment with plantand regional strategy
Lead internal team meeting within the department on daily basis to evaluate plan vs execution, root causes for deviations, look for possibile countermeasures.Discuss with other departments on daily basis outcome of internal meeting, highlight issues, define countermeasures.
Implement EHS standards and guidelines
Ensure all ISC Standard Processes are being followed
C&FT Compliance owner for the plant
Identify and evalute improvement opportunities in the plant with respect to:
scheduling / information and material flow / materials movement to POU / sequencing / mode of transport / logistics network and frequency / warehousing / purchasing / etc…
Train and coach employees
Set SMART and achievable PMP targets
Develop teams, identify weaknesses and set a plan to strenghen the team
Support and align with other departments, other plants, regions, globe
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or comparable education or Scheduling training
Minimum 5 years experience
Practical experience in ISC area and People Management
Experience with SAP CDP-MM-PP
· English language skills required
