Manpower Engineering is partnering with a well-established full service commercial mechanical contractor that provides HVAC, and piping and plumbing services - managing end to end projects for commercial facilities, healthcare, educational, government buildings and more.

Job Title: Professional Engineer - Mechanical (HVAC)

Location: Winona, MN (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000

What’s the Job?

  • Representing service offerings to clients, and quantifying and illustrating the business value associated with these offerings.

  • Reviewing & preparing detailed mechanical engineering designs and drawings of mechanical HVAC systems.

  • Performing HVAC system sizing calculations, selection of equipment, and writing technical specifications.

  • Working closely with estimators to create project proposals.

  • Analyzing HVAC systems and equipment as needed to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and creating solutions.

  • Reviewing and approving Mechanical design packages developed by design teams.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience performing Mechanical / HVAC Systems Design using AutoCAD or Revit.

  • P.E. Licensure required.

  • Proven Project experience one or more of the following: Commercial, Public Sector, Educational and (K-12 / Higher Education).

  • Experience with direct client contact and fostering the relationships.
