WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Serves as a productive project team member delivering high quality results for assigned tasks. Assists the project manager with project planning by assisting with the development of work plans, effort estimates and delivery timelines for assigned tasks
Coordinates issue resolution with cross functional teams and vendors.
Advise and lead small to mid-size teams of support partners and suppliers
Demonstrate discernment and understanding of business processes
Demonstrate eagerness to continually learn more about key business processes and seek ways to improve them through technology
Maintain awareness of new technologies and identify methods to leverage technology in supporting business functions, showing expertise in some areas
Analyze and translate business/client need into functional specifications
Accurately demonstrate collaborator management
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE
ESSENTIAL
Experience Required
Minimum of 1-2 year of DBS or related experience with confirmed project management expertise preferred
Experience with project management and Agile software development
Experience in team-based work; thrives in a flexible atmosphere and can easily adapt to changing priorities
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking skills
Eager to stay up to date with technology and enjoys continuous learning
Technical proficiency in the following: Modern database systems, Cloud computing & big data technologies (AWS preferred)
Desire to be a self-starter by taking the initiative to lead and influence others to accomplish goals
Excellent interpersonal skills working with clients, vendors, and co-workers
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- 4-year degree with a focus in computer science, information technology, or related field
BENEFICIAL

401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
Company matches 100 percent of employee pre-tax/Roth (401k) contributions up to six percent
