In this role, you will:

• Support Fiduciary Administrators with account administration

• Provide client service and address client inquiries

• Participate in business development activities

• Execute daily transactions and controls and monitors the maintenance of records and files within company policies and guidelines

• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

• Research and resolve routine operational issues related to moderately complex accounts

• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

• Interact with internal and external customers

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ months of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration

• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Good PC skills with the aptitude to learn new systems quickly

• Solid decision making skills

• Solid problem solving skills

• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience with the following applications: SEI trust system, Trust Money Movement
