**Logistics / Customer Service Manager Salary range: $60k 0 $65k per year Salary Method: (Bi-Weekly) Work Schedule: 40 - 45 hours weekly (Monday - Friday) Shift hours: 6AM - 4:30PM (8-9 hours daily) Location: Arcadia, Florida

General Summary: This role encompasses a dual responsibility of providing support to the management team and collaborating with various departments such as Production, Sales, and Administration. Additionally, it assists the Sales and Customer Service Team in their day-to-day operations. The primary focus of this position involves analyzing sales entries and ensuring the accuracy of data.

Core Functions:

  • Support Director of Sales and Marketing
  • Support Sales and Customer Service Team
  • Support Sales Team

Details of Function:

  • Assist with order entry, outgoing order confirmations, and sales and distribution correspondence.
  • Finding solutions for clients.
  • Additional support for sales team.
  • Generating sales reports and open order reports.
  • Data Entry and Log management.
  • Filing
  • Proofing sales orders and credit memos / pallet returns.
  • Answering customer and sales rep inquiries.
  • Phone assistance.
  • Provide pick-up and delivery notice lists.
  • Assist Sales team in handling complaints and shortages.
  • Assist with production schedule management.
  • Coordinating with sales and distribution to manage project order timeline.
  • Coordinating with purchasing of resale items inventories.
  • Coordinate with Yard Manager on various initiatives.
  • Assistance on all duties of Customer Service and logistic team.
  • Experienced within the last 7 years.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • College degree or College experience is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will possess 2 yearsexperience in a customer service-related role, experience can be substituted for education requirement.
  • Management experience is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, multitasking and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Must exhibit aptitude for problem-solving and be detail oriented.
  • Must have good organizational skills and be self-motivated.
  • Must be results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Bilingual English/Spanishpreferred, but not required.
  • Must have experience within the last 7 years.
