American Tower Associate Business Report Developer in Woburn, Massachusetts

The Team

Weare seeking an Associate Business Report Developer to join American Tower’s FP&Ateam. The FP&A team partners withinternal stakeholders to provide actionable analyses and recommendations drivenby detailed analytics. Day to day you will create analytical reports and dashboards, combineinformation from disparate systems and assist with enterprise data warehousereporting projects that help inform key business decisions . As anAssociate Business Report Developer, you will partner cross-functionally to developand deliver standardized reporting by using best practices of presenting andvisualizing data for internal customers .

What You Can Offer Us

  • Build, maintain, and update data visualizations,dashboards, and analyses based on business needs, technology changes, andprocess changes.

  • Support Business Developers bycreating dashboards, performing analysis, creating icons, and navigating theOBIEE ecosystem to implement reporting solutions that accurately addresscomplex business needs.

  • Support the design, implementation,and maintenance of robust dashboards in support of current business initiativesusing technical expertise requiring sophisticated data analyses and datamanagement experience.

  • Partner with organizations to manageand deliver data solutions; support departmental needs for ad hoc reporting.

  • Develop, modify, maintain, andcontinuously improve reporting processes using OBIEE and a variety of reportingand analysis tools.

  • Analyze information from multiple datasources, including but not limited to Asset/Project Management software,Oracle, and Salesforce. Validate reporting results for accuracy and adherenceto business requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree required,with a concentration in Computer Science, Business or a related quantitativediscipline preferred.

  • A minimum of 3 years’ high-level data analysis experience required; mustbe able to visualize and interpret data.

  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms required:

  • OBIEE or an equivalent enterprise business intelligence platform (atleast 3 years);

  • OBIEE, ETL (Oracle Data Integrator), BI, reporting, or database development(at least 3 years); and/or

  • Oracle EBS and EBS database.

  • Proficiency with SQL querying and knowledge of data modeling preferred.

  • Data regression modeling and forecasting experience preferred.

  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and organize competing work demandswith little oversight and minimal supervision.

  • Strongwritten and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideasand suggestions clearly and effectively.

  • Abilityto work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectivelyand professionally achieve results.

  • Strongorganizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreedupon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in afast-paced environment .
