Description Robert Half is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users in a growing company. To be successful in this Help Desk Analyst role, you should be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Due to this Help Desk Analyst role having a large amount of visibility within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Woodbridge, New Jersey area and is a permanent opportunity.

How you will make an impact

• Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

• Correspond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

• Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

• Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - Comptia A+ experience highly desired

• Foundational knowledge in Ticketing System

• Hardware Troubleshooting experience

• Well-founded grasp of Jamf Pro

• Active Directory experience preferred

• General familiarity with Intune

• Proficiency in Data Migration

• Proven knowledge of Comptia A+

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

• Experience with IT support ticketing systems

• Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
