Description:

• Candidates will be working in a pre-fabrication shop to weld together frames

• MIG welding and fluxcore welding on steel

• Read and interpret blueprints

• All welding is either flat or horizontal welding

• Read and interpret blueprints

• Select the appropriate tools, materials, and gas ratios for different jobs

• Prepare both metals and work surfaces for the production process

• Measure, cut, and drill materials to meet the specifications of the project

• Test the strength of your welds after each has been made

• Keep your welding tools clean and functional

• Assist us in maintaining our inventory and the cleanliness of our shop

• Follow all relevant safety procedures and protocols
