Aerotek Mig Welder in Woodford, Virginia
Description:
Candidates will be working in a pre-fabrication shop to weld together frames
MIG welding and fluxcore welding on steel
Read and interpret blueprints
All welding is either flat or horizontal welding
Read and interpret blueprints
Select the appropriate tools, materials, and gas ratios for different jobs
Prepare both metals and work surfaces for the production process
Measure, cut, and drill materials to meet the specifications of the project
Test the strength of your welds after each has been made
Keep your welding tools clean and functional
Assist us in maintaining our inventory and the cleanliness of our shop
Follow all relevant safety procedures and protocols
