Position in this function is responsible for oversight and management of operational activities and functions of the ACO programs including, but not limited to, application and certification requirements, provider list maintenance, creation and distribution of reporting, responding to compliance audits, or other requests for information and data.
Supports ACO performance management by identifying opportunities for improvement in collaboration with Director. Responsible for planning and implementation of interdepartmental initiatives developed to support ACO performance. Assigns project sub-tasks to cross-functional partners and monitors deliverables. Tracks project timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Oversees project budget and expenses, as applicable.
Primary Responsibilities:

Ability to organize, manage, and execute multiple projects at once. Solves problems that may be vaguely defined, complex, and involve consideration of multiple issues
Proactively stays current with changing ACO requirements and programs. Enhances professional growth and development through educational programs, seminars, etc.
Interacts effectively and professionally with all departments at Reliant Medical Group, as well as all patients and vendors
Develops specialized electronic reporting tools, as needed. Maintains files and records in alignment with program and regulatory requirements
Leads or participates in status update meetings, information sessions, and training initiatives through conference calls or in-person meetings. Ability to take direction and work effectively with others in both small and large group settings and meetings
Schedules and coordinate meetings, as needed. Ability to take meeting notes and summarize content into minutes and disseminate to participants
Ability to meet assignment deadlines and adapt to changes in duties and timelines
Complies with health and safety requirements and with regulatory agencies
Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives
Enhances professional growth and development through educational programs, seminars, etc.
Attends a variety of meetings, conferences, and seminars as required or directed
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is required
Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in managed care environment with clinical staff
3+ years of experience working with accountable care organizations or similar programs under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
Operational and project management experience
Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Proven excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience, which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description, may be substituted for the above requirements.
