Description There is a long-term contract / temporary opportunity in the Worcester, Massachusetts area for an HR Recruiter. This position is defined by recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. You might be right for this position, if you're comfortable not only with recruiting functions but also a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. Responsibilities

• Constructing internal recommendations

• Typing and posting job opportunity advertisements

• Maintaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

• Implementing various administrative duties

• Reserving and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

• Optimizing digital recruiting resources

• Performing interviews Requirements - Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing

  • You need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

• Conduct Interviews experience

• Proficiency in Offer Letters

• Onboarding experience preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of Recruiting Processes

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

• Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  • The person we select will have to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
