Learn more: Benefits, Perks, and Leave. The Role: The HEP Instructor will provide GED instruction and tutoring to migrant and seasonal farmworkers in both English and Spanish. This position will need to be knowledgably in all four GED subjects (Math, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts) and be ready to teach in all four subjects when needed. In addition, this position will be responsible for updating HEP curriculum, provide motivational activities, tutoring, and other duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the HEP Program Manager and provides leadership and support to colleagues.
