Under direct supervision of the Site Manager, the Pharmacy Assistan/Drivert will deliver medications to various group homes and assisted living facilities we well as assisting with administrative and various other related duties in the pharmacy in between deliveries.

Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. A company car will be provided. Must have, or be willing to get your WA State Pharmacy assistant license if hired.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle mail and invoices, distribute and file as required.

  • Answer telephones and direct calls.

  • Order office supplies

  • Prepare shipments and mailings.

  • Communicate with customers by phone and in-person

  • Data entry

  • Process and file paperwork

  • Check inventory

  • Various other related duties as assigned

Educational or Skills Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to use automated systems and office equipment at an acceptable level of proficiency

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

  • Ability to understand and follow routine to moderately complex verbal instructions.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

  • Effective at working independently and meeting deadlines.

  • Ability to remain flexible to change.

  • Strong attention to detail.
