Responsibilities
Assemble, wire, and test electrical components, subassemblies, and systems according to detailed schematics and work instructions.
Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with military and company standards.
Install and connect wiring, cabling, connectors, and components onto circuit boards and other assemblies.
Solder and crimp connections, ensuring precision and durability in high-stakes environments.
Operate tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons to verify functionality and troubleshoot issues.
Document assembly processes, modifications, and repairs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues or deviations.
Follow strict safety and security protocols in handling and storing sensitive or classified materials.
Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area to support lean manufacturing practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and product quality.
The essential functions of this role include:

working up to 6 hrs of overtime per week
