Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and test electrical components, subassemblies, and systems according to detailed schematics and work instructions.

• Perform quality inspections to ensure compliance with military and company standards.

• Install and connect wiring, cabling, connectors, and components onto circuit boards and other assemblies.

• Solder and crimp connections, ensuring precision and durability in high-stakes environments.

• Operate tools and equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering irons to verify functionality and troubleshoot issues.

• Document assembly processes, modifications, and repairs in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve technical issues or deviations.

• Follow strict safety and security protocols in handling and storing sensitive or classified materials.

• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the work area to support lean manufacturing practices.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes and product quality.

The essential functions of this role include:
