WellSpan Health Administrative Support COVID Vaccine - Waynesboro in York, Pennsylvania

Vaccination POD Schedule

Varied hours at each location

6:00 am - 9:00 pm (must work 5 hr shifts)

Normal operating days Monday through Saturday

This is a Temporary seasonal assignment with a duration of 4 - 6 months

Job Description:

This application is to support the administration of the COVID vaccine or COVID testing clinics

  • Check in/Register receiving vaccine

  • Documentation of vaccinations and performing other post-vaccination management, including monitoring in observation areas

  • Setup and cleaning/takedown, and securing of vaccine, at the end of the day

    Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience:

  • 3-4 years

  • Minimum Education:

  • High School or G.E.D.

  • Physical Demands:

  • Mostly sedentary work

  • Occasionally lifts supplies/equipment

  • Skills:

  • Excellent skills with automated office applications; great affinity for learning multiple computer systems; excellent communications/interpersonal and customer service skills/telephone etiquette; Excellent organizational skills and prioritization
