• 8 -- 10 Years Professional Experience
• 5 -- 10 Years Experience in Food Manufacturing environment

• Strong Managerial skills

  • Oversee Sanitation operations: Cleaning of Packing and Production areas
  • Experience with HACCP, Food Safety and Employee Safety
  • Experience with cleaning multiple assembly lines
  • Ability to evaluate and assess accurate placement of staff
  • Experience with Scheduling personnel
  • Train and evaluate Sanitation personnel
  • Experience with motivating/coaching personnel to attain maximum efficiency
    • Team building
  • Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
  • Experience with completing and maintaining Sanitation records with retard to food safety
    • Knowledge of USDA compliancy
    • Experience with working with USDA inspectors is a plus
  • Facilitate training of staff
    • Sanitation / Cleaning training
    • Paperwork and recordkeeping training
  • Experience with managing chemicals inventory control systems

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

    • Ability to calmly and professionally manage stressful situations in a fast-paced environment
