  • Hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Monday to Friday)
• Second Shift:
  • Hours: 3:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

Concord Manufacturing Co., in partnership with FasTemps, is currently seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery to meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
