: Steel Production Worker LOCATION: Belleville, Mi COMPENSATION: $16.00

SWING SHIFT:**

• 5:00am-3:00pm and/or 3:00pm-1:00am.
• MUST BE WILLING TO CHANGE SHIFTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Shift changes may occur within a 5-day notice period.

We understand the importance of work-life balance.  Our 4-10-hour days schedule allows you to enjoy three-day weekends, giving you more time to focus on what matters most to you.   COMPENSATION:

• Starting at $16.00/hr. during the probationary period of 0-90 days
• Expect increases to $17.00/hr. after completion of 90 days.
• Another increase to $18.00/hr. after 6 months of employment.

These tasks may include power-washing steel parts, sorting, loading, and unloading materials. Additionally, you may be involved in machine operation, shipping, receiving, and general cleaning duties. Our work environment mainly comprises warehouse-type buildings, which are predominantly open to the outside.

• Physical Fitness: This role may involve heavy lifting and physical exertion. Candidates must be able to handle the physical demands of the job.
• Clean Background and Drug Screen: We maintain a safe and productive work environment. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Previous Industrial Experience: Prior experience in an industrial setting is preferred. Knowledge of steel production processes is a plus.
• Shift Flexibility: We value adaptability and seek individuals who are open to various shift times.
• Working in the elements, facility is not temperature controlled.

• May be working on elevated platforms, must be able to deal with heights.
